Dundonald Bluebell jumped into the top three as they ended their season with an impressive 5-3 Super League win at Albyn Park over Broxburn Athletic, with Barry Sibanda the star of the show.

Broxburn took an early lead through Nick Locke but Sibanda equalised on 20 minutes before putting the visitors in front five minutes later.

Right on half-time Ross Drummond put his side in the box seat with a third.

Sibanda completed his hat-trick on 53 minutes to make it 4-1 before Kieran Anderson pulled a goal back five minutes later.

Zander Miller made it 4-3 with 15 minutes to go but that man Sibanda made it 5-3 on 82 minutes to secure three points and a minimum of fourth place for Dundonald.

Hill of Beath gave Bonnyrigg Rose a fright at Keirs Park and led 2-0 at the break in what was both teams’ last junior league game.

Darrin Wright, who played in Haws’ first junior game, scored from the penalty spot on 19 minutes and Daniel Watt made it two 10 minutes before half-time.

The visitors needed just a point to confirm the league title and pulled a goal back on 69 minutes before Lee Currie hit a 25-yard free kick to level things up with nine minutes remaining which means that Bonnyrigg Rose leave the junior game as Super League champions.

Jeanfield enjoyed a 5-1 romp at home to Kennoway Star Hearts. Rhys Davies and Robbie Holden scored twice with Gary Fergus scoring the other.

Lee Bryce hit the Kennoway consolation goal. Ross Gunnion’s side have the chance to finish out of the bottom three with victory in their final game next week at Newtongrange Star.

Carnoustie Panmure boss Alan McSkimming was full of praise for his threadbare squad after they put up a great fight despite going down 2-0 at Linlithgow Rose.

Tommy Coyne put Linlithgow in front just before half-time and Alan Urquhart made sure of the points with a second goal late on.

Lochee United got back to winning ways with a hard working 1-0 win over Penicuik Athletic at Thomson Park.

Stephen McNally scored the only goal of the game on 26 minutes when he volleyed home past Ally Adams. Lochee were reduced to 10 men with 25 minutes to go when Conor Birse was sent off.

In the McBookie.com East Premier League Downfield scored after 36 seconds at home to Haddington Athletic but it wasn’t until added time that they scored the winner.

Jordan Timmons scored the Spiders’ opener and Lee Cameron made it 2-0 on 17 minutes. Andy Jones pulled a goal back on the half hour and Robert Berry levelled things up two minutes later.

With the sides looking like they had settled for a point, up popped Terry Connell with the winner in added time.

Glenrothes knew that if they were to stand any chance of catching neighbours Thornton then they needed to beat Whitburn at Warout and they did just that, winning 3-1.

A Conor Schiavone strike alongside a double from Scott Napier was enough to give Willie Campbell’s side the points.

Alan Tulleth earned a deserved point for Tayport against Blackburn United at the Canniepairt. The visitors took the lead after 32 minutes through Danny Campbell but Tulleth equalised with eight minutes left on the clock.
