A new activity for this year will be a junior ceilidh on Saturday afternoon, while Nackytoosh will perform at the grown-up’s ceilidh that evening.

Also new for 2018 are professional storytellers Sheila Kinninmonth and Beth Hamilton-Cardus, who will weave tales of history, magic, adventures and derring-do on each day of the festival.

A kids’ afternoon disco on the Sunday completes the line-up.
