Meet Mike Stirling of Beano Studios

Meffan Museum and Art Gallery, Forfar, August 10

Mike Stirling, head of Beano Studios Scotland, will visit Forfar today between 2-4pm to reveal all the exciting projects the team are working on as well as giving a glimpse into what the future holds for Beano fans.

In celebration of the 80th anniversary of the comic, Mischief at the Meffan runs until September 15 and features original material on loan from the publisher’s archive.

Vintage comic strips on display include 1950s Minnie the Minx art work, Dennis in the 1970s as well as former Beezer favourites, The Numbskulls.
