LOVEOLIVER EVENTS A Fife-based children’s cancer charity has three fundraisin­g events this weekend.

Love Oliver will stage a Disney karaoke at O’Connells, in Kirkcaldy, tonight. The adults-only singing event starts at 7.30pm.

A 10th birthday party for Jo Jingles babies and toddlers music sessions in Dunfermlin­e on Sunday will generate money for the cause.

Also on Sunday, pupils at South Parks Primary School are to hold a fundraisin­g fashion show in the Glenrothes branch of Matalan.

The charity supports families of children with cancer and funds research into childhood cancers.

COFFEE MORNING

A coffee morning to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support is being held at St Monans Church Hall, Station Road, today, from 10am until noon.

There will be coffee, tea, homebaking, raffles and a baking stall, as well as fresh vegetables for sale.

ROTARY PRESENTATI­ON St Leonard’s Church kids group members Martha and Fiona Baldwin and Christy Orr gave a presentati­on to Kilrymont St Andrews Rotary Club on their activities to raise funds to buy Life Straws which can filter water to make it safe to drink.

FLOWER SHOW

St Andrews Gardeners’ Club, formerly known as St Andrews and District Horticultu­ral Associatio­n, will be holding its annual flower show tomorrow.

It will take place in the supper room of St Andrews Town Hall. There is an opportunit­y to meet members who would be delighted to welcome new blood, especially budding young gardeners.

BOWLING CLUB Kemback Bowling Club is holding a coffee morning tomorrow, from 9.45am, in Cupar Corn Exchange.

WALKERS TO MEET

Fife Walking Club meets tomorrow at 10.30am for a nine-mile circular walk passing the monument on Hill of Rowan.
