INVERKEILO­R. President Diane Parry welcomed members and Angus Federation chairman Maureen McLeod. Maureen Morrison gave a talk titled Mo’s Blethers. LUNANHEAD. Mrs Sturrock introduced Sheila Bruce and May Madden who gave hints and tips for entering the housewives and handcrafts sections of the Federation Show. Angus Federation chairman Maureen McLeod gave a short talk on the future of the Federation. LETHAM and DISTRICT. President Lynne Webster welcomed members to a ‘hands on’ craft evening with demonstrat­or/tutor Eileen Morrison. CORTACHY. President Sandra Boath welcomed Sheila Bruce from Airlie WRI and May Hadden, Kilry WRI, and they gave advice on exhibiting at the Federation Show. Members are holding a silent auction in Memus Hall at 7.30pm on Friday October 19. All welcome.

ST CYRUS. President Kathleen Masson introduced Mhairi Kimmet, from the Angus Alive Ranger Service, who gave a talk on hedgehogs.
