CHRISTMAS CAROLS A Christmas carol concert organised by Buckhaven and Wemyss Parish Church takes place in Coaltown of Wemyss Hall at 6.30pm tonight.
Refreshments will be served and donations for charity will be welcome at the free event.
FLORAL ART
The next meeting of Dunfermline Floral Art Club is an open demonstration in the King Malcolm Hotel tomorrow at 7pm for 7.30pm.
The demonstrator is Lilias Hoskins, Edinburgh, with a festive theme. Tickets are available by calling 01383 734391 or on the door.
COUNTRY DANCE The final Scottish country dance class of the year at Tulliallan and Kincardine Church is at 8pm on Wednesday.
FALKLAND SOCIETY LECTURE
The Falkland Society’s next lecture will be at 7pm on Wednesday by Dr Alex Woolf, senior lecturer in Dark Age Studies at St Andrews University.
Entitled The Transformation of the Earldom of Fife in the Twelfth Century, it will be held in the Upper Town Hall, Falkland.
HISTORY Dunfermline Historical Society will hear from Susan Morrison, on the Face of Scotland’s Witchcraft, on Thursday. Doors open at 7pm at Abbey Church hall.
KIRK SESSION
The Kirk Session of Culross and Torryburn Church of Scotland Parish will meet in High Valleyfield Church at 1.30pm on Thursday.
