Caledonian Marts Ltd, Stirling, had forward 669 store cattle and 537 store and breeding sheep at their fortnightly sale.

Bullocks averaging 212ppkg selling to 268ppkg for a pen of Limousins from Wester Whinand to £1,280 for a pen of Limousins from Seggarsdean.

Heifers averaging 210 pp kg selling to 261ppkg for a pen of Limousins from Mid Ervie, Kirkcolm and to £1150 for a Limousin from Candermains.

Black & Whites ave 153p, and sold to 213ppkg from Balgown and to £750 from Gryfeside.
