A two-car crash on one of Perth’s busiest roads led to travel chaos throughout the city centre. The accident involving a Fiat 500 and red Skoda blocked part of Dunkeld Road, causing lengthy tailbacks in all directions. Three women were taken to hospital by ambulance. Their injuries were said to be not life threatening. Another woman, said to have been in shock, was also taken to hospital. Queues of traffic stretched for about a mile in each direction, while police made efforts to recover the damaged vehicles.
