Perth and Kinross Council wants to create a new “shared space” zone on Dunkeld Road. The local authority has applied for funding from Sustrans to create a cycle-friendly area near the Asda roundabout. But campaigners fighting for improvements on recently redeveloped Mill Street have urged council chiefs to ensure the new design does not discriminate against disabled pedestrians.
