Treat yourself from top to toe

From foot reflexology to facials, you’ll leave Happy Clinics with a bounce in your step.

Based in Dundee city centre, Happy Clinics is the perfect place to enjoy some ‘me time’.

Owner Milena Thoms started the Happy Feet business eight years ago, before opening the first floor Reform Street clinic in 2018.

Milena herself is a fully qualified Foot Health Practitioner, while other team members also specialise in the likes of foot health, sports and remedial massage therapy, beauty treatments and skincare. Together, the friendly team creates a warm, welcoming clinic. “Clients like coming in for a chat, I’m very outgoing,” says Milena.

One of the most popular treatments on offer at Happy Clinics is the Classic Foot Treatment, which Milena describes as “like a foot MOT”. Costing £40 for up to one hour, it includes hard skin removal, fungal treatment and exfoliation to leave your feet looking and feeling great.

There are also other treatments to choose from, including a Zone Face Lift – Milena went on a training course in

London two years ago to offer this nonsurgical alternative to Botox, in which massage and facial techniques combine to create a more youthful complexion.

At the moment, Happy Clinics has made a few adaptations to ensure safety in light of coronavirus. Rooms have always been sanitised, but now there are also 15-minute windows between appointments to avoid people running into each other, and you’ll head straight into your treatment instead of sitting in the waiting room.

Go to happyfeetdundee.co.uk to book an appointment or find out more about treatments.

“My treatments are very relaxing, my chair is so comfortable that clients sometimes have a nap while enjoying a cosy electric blanket on their back – so they feel pampered and spoilt.”
