Darroch to head up Gilson Gray’s Dundee office

Tayside property expert Lindsay Darroch has been headhunted to lead up Scottish legal firm Gilson Gray’s Dundee office.

Mr Darroch was part of the senior management team at Blackadder­s for more than 20 years before leaving to head up Aberdein Considine’s Dundee office last year.

Gilson Gray opened its city office in South Tay Street earlier this year.

The fast-growing firm said the appointmen­t followed its hiring strategy of cherry-picking the most skilled and accomplish­ed people to join its teams.

Mr Darroch is the company secretary for Dundee Football Club. He is also a board member of Caledonia Housing Associatio­n, clerk and boxmaster to The Nine Incorporat­ed Trades of Dundee, and a trustee of DFC in the Community Trust.
