As a Support Worker, you’ll be a key member of the Capability Scotland team and will provide a creative and caring approach to customers. Your main goal is to provide encouragement and support so that customers can live as independent and fulfilling a life as possible. Through your work you’ll build and maintain great relationships with customers, their loved ones and other supporting professionals – so you’ll need to be good at communicating.

In return for your hard work, Capability Scotland offers a full-time salary of £20,070 as well as a whole host of benefits.
