The registered charity holds sessions for people living with chronic pain.

They try to address the non-medical issues which impact on people’s lives, with the focus on self-management.

PITLOCHRY

Theatre-goers are being invited to take a trip down the rabbit hole this weekend.

On Sunday the Festival Theatre will hold an adventure event in the Explorers Garden from 2pm.

In time for the 150th anniversar­y of the Lewis Carroll novel, the re-telling of the classic Alice in Wonderland is suitable for children of all ages.

The event lasts 90 minutes and dressing up is optional.

An exhibition, entitled Incantatio­ns, A Sound Collage by Paul Bright, will be held at Innerpeffr­ay Library Chapel from July 29-August 2.

A limited open evening with 50 places will take place on the 29th.

FILM

Perth Museum and Art Gallery will host the screening of a new animated short film and talk from digital animator Denis Mallon today from 12.30pm.

Adults are invited to join Denis as he goes behind the scenes of his new animated short film, Daytripper­s.

He will talk about the entire film production process, from the writing stage, to storyboard­ing, concept art, character design, animatingc­haractermo­vementand adding finishing touches with sound and design.

The talk will finish with a screening of the film, and a chance for the audience to ask questions.

The event is part of the monthly Two Pound Talk series, and costs £2 to attend.
