MSP faces investigation

North East MSP Liam Kerr is facing a standards probe over claims he used “public money for self-aggrandisement”.

The Standards Commissioner has been asked to investigate allegations the Conservative used parliamentary resources to send letters thanking Tory voters. A Scottish Conservative spokesman said there was no intention of wrongdoing.
