Alloa maintain momentum

Alloa maintained their faultless start in BT Caledonia Division One with a hard fought 27-18 win at home to DUNFERMLINE that yielded all five league points.

A penalty by Calum Allardyce gave Dunfermline an early lead, and the visitors were only 12-11 in arrears at the break.

Further scores by Daniel Murrell and Dale Foster secured the bonus point, but Dunfermline had the last word with a Scott Baxter converted try.
