Newburgh went in at halftime in front at North End Park, but, it was a familiar story in the second half as they eventually went home pointless.

First half goals from Scott Finlay and Dillon Duddy, with Gary Sutherland on target for the Dokens, saw Burgh go in 2-1 in front. However, two second half goals from Pat Martin, a William Johnstone strike and an own goal saw North End hit back to win 5-3, Greg Fairweather getting Burgh’s third.

Darren Scott and Ryan Russell scored two each for Kirrie with Ryan Strachan scoring the other. For Scone, Abi Njie (2) and Ben Moffat scored.

Lochee Harp shared eight goals with leaders Blairgowrie at Beechwood Park – but that only tells part of the story.

Harp trailed 4-1 after Blair had dominated proceedings to lead through an Allan Cruickshank hat-trick and a Rudi Brown goal with Sam Hodgson scoring for Harp. However, two Mark Kelly penalties and a trialist’s strike saw the home side earn an unlikely point.

In the South League Kirkcaldy YM and Rosyth shared the points in a 1-1 Fife derby draw at Denfield Park.

Both of the goals came in the first half with Scott Small scoring for YM while Mike McMillan got the Rosyth goal.
