Rugged beauty of the isles captured by Perthshire artist
An exhibition of paintings by Ron Lawson, one of Scotland’s most popular and sought after artists, has opened at the Strathearn Gallery, Crieff.
The Perthshire-based artist spent 34 years with DC Thomson where he developed the technique that is central to his work today.
His latest show is entitled Arisaig, Road to the Isles and focuses on the coastline from Arisaig to Mallaig and runs until November 13.
