Variety of PhD studentships available at Perth College UHI

The University of the Highlands and Islands, which includes Perth College, is inviting applications for 26 fully-funded PhD studentships.

The studentships, which are being backed by the European Social Fund and Scottish Funding Council, offer opportunities in a range of research areas.

Topics include the use of digital technologies in healthcare, the history of distilling and whisky production, eco-tourism, salmon farming in Scotland and the impact of the nuclear industry on British communities.

Candidates from around the world are being invited to apply for the studentships by 12 noon on Monday, May 8. Successful candidates will begin in October and have their fees and living expenses covered.
