A90 crash case to call at High Court

A lorry driver charged with causing a Dundee man’s death by dangerous driving in an Angus road accident is to appear at the High Court in Aberdeen on Tuesday.

Witold Solski, 65, died after his car was in a collision with a lorry on the A90 near Brechin last year.

Glenn Craib, 45, from Elgin, denies being responsible.
