Police hunt “formally dressed” pervert who flashed teens

A bow tie-wearing pervert is being hunted by police.

The smartly-dressed flasher targeted two teenagers in Aberdalgie, near Perth, on Wednesday afternoon.

A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “We are appealing for information about an indecent exposure which took place about 4.30pm on Wednesday July 5 on the B9112 road at Aberdalgie.

“A man approached two 18-year-old women, exposed his penis to them, and made a lewd comment.

“He is described as of dark-skinned Asian appearance, about 30 years of age and 5ft 9in, with short dark hair and stubble. He was formally dressed, wearing a baggy white shirt, bow tie and dark dress trousers.”
