Police appeal after theft of imitation CCTV camera
Police in Perthshire are trying to trace thieves who stole an imitation CCTV camera from a house.
The incident took place between 4pm on July 14 and 7pm on July 15 at the property in Bank Head, Blairgowrie.
Meanwhile, vandals damaged a 25-foot wrought iron fence by pulling it from the top of a wall beside a house in Coupar Angus Road, Blairgowrie, between 8pm on July 17 and 8.30am on July 18.
And officers are appealing for information after thieves broke into the premises of a business unit at St Catherine’s Retail Park, Perth, between 6pm on July 13 and 7.15am on July 14. A steel water pump was stolen and vandals damaged lights of a dumper truck and mini-digger.
Elsewhere, diesel fuel was stolen from a tank located at a house in Thrawparts, Abernyte, between 9.30pm on July 16 and 7am on July 17. And opportunist thieves entered an insecure garage on Muirend Road, Perth, overnight July 12 and July 13 and property was stolen.
Vandals damaged a BMW that had been parked in Mercer Terrace, Perth, overnight on July 14-15 with an unknown implement.
And damage was caused to a blue Ford Fusion, a white Mercedes Sprinter van and a gold BMW, that had all been parked in Jeanfield Road, Perth.
Officers are also trying to trace thieves who stole various items from a farmyard barn at Meikle Whitefield Farm, Burrelton, between 9am on July 16 and 7am on July 17.
And thieves broke into an outbuilding at Littleton Farm, Abernyte, overnight on July 1617 and stole items from it.
