COFFEE MORNING

The Macmillan cancer support group in Dunning will be holding a coffee morning tomorrow, from 10am to noon, in the village hall.

There will be a variety of stalls, with proceeds going to Perth and Kinross Cancer Support.

FILM NIGHT

A movie night in aid of Marie Curie will take place next Friday, at Bar 44 in Perth.

Doors open at 8pm and the film, Chef, starts at 8.30pm.

Entry is £6 each or two for £10.

TRACTOR RAFFLE

The SVTEC tractor raffle was drawn at the Farming Yesteryear and Vintage Rally at Scone Palace.

The results were: 1 Ferguson TE20 petrol paraffin tractor – John McCulloch, Muthill; 2 stationary engine – Cammy McKerrache­r, Perth; 3 pedal tractor – Mayah McKay, Kirriemuir; 4 gallon of whisky – L Dykes, York; 5 painting – Ian Goodfellow, Ardler.

CHURCH EVENT Kinnoull Parish Church Thursday Club is holding a coffee morning tomorrow, from 10am to 11.30am, in the Church Hall, Dundee Road, Perth.

Various stalls will be on offer. Tickets priced £3.

DIRECTOR’S TALK

The next meeting of Perth U3A will take place on Monday at Letham Church, from 10am.

Perth Theatre’s artistic director Lu Kemp is the guest speaker.
