Caledonia Marts sold 169 cattle comprising 109 bullocks, heifers and young bulls, 59 cast cows, and 25 calves and stirks. Heifers to 265p for a British Blue from DS & RC Taylor, Easter Ochtermuthill, Muthill, and to £1,673 for the same animal.

STIRLING: United Auctions sold 1,186 store cattle at their show and sale. Show champion was a pen of eight Charolais bullocks from Drumloist, selling for £1,320 per head.
