Blackface wedder lambs at Forfar

Lawrie & Symington, Forfar, had forward 2,367 sheep at their second sale of store and breeding sheep. Incorporated in the sale was the show of Blackface wedder lambs. Judge was G Reid, South Park Farm. The champion pen of 20 Blackface wedder lambs came from J and J Gibb, Glenisla and Glencally – £57.50. Second was Rickarton Farms, Rickarton – £59, and third was Hunthill Estate – £52.50.
