NEEDLECRAF­T:

Perth Needlecraf­t Circle’s next meeting is on Wednesday next week from 2pm to 4pm at VisionPK, New Row, Perth, with instructor Sheila Tunstall James.

SCONE:

Scone and St Martin’s Parish Church coffee morning will be held tomorrow in Burnside Halls from 10am to 12pm.

A fundraisin­g event for the church, tickets are £3 and there will be the usual stalls.

CRAFT FAIR:

Perth Methodists are holding a craft fair at their Scott Street church tomorrow from 10am to 2pm, admission free.

BREAST CANCER:

The Perth Breast Cancer Support Group is meeting on Monday next week at Letham St Mark’s Church from 11am to 1pm.

The speaker is psychologi­st Lesley Howells from Maggie’s Centre, Dundee. CATS:

A coffee morning for Perth Cats Protection will take place in Scone New Church Halls next Saturday from 10am to 12pm.

There will be the usual stalls including baking, Christmas cards and calendars.

BURRELTON AND WOODSIDE: Burrelton and Woodside Senior Club’s next meeting is on Thursday next week at 2pm when they will be entertaine­d by Grace Black and Walter Ireland.

Any donations of food or toiletries for the Christmas hampers raffle will be greatly appreciate­d.

GAELIC SOCIETY:

The Gaelic Society of Perth holds its October Ceilidh at St Matthew’s Church Hall on Friday next week at 7.30pm.

There will be a talk by Alistair MacNeil followed by singing and music from Janet MacSween, accordioni­st Joyce Ramsay and Perth and District Pipe Band.
