Heating oil, power tools, bicycles and televisions stolen in raids
Police are appealing for information following the theft of 500 litres of heating oil from a storage tank in Perthshire.
The raid took place at a property in Willoughby Street, Muthill, between October 15 and 31. The estimated value of the fuel is around £250.
Elsewhere, thieves broke into a construction site next to Perth Crematorium overnight on October 26 and 27 and stole a range of tools.
These included a Hilti circular saw, Hilti repeater, a Makita impact driver, Makita power drill and chisels.
Vandals broke into the Perth and Kinross Council refuse site at Aldour Industrial Estate, Pitlochry, overnight on October 26 and 27 and stole two TVs, two bicycles, a wheelbarrow and a sack barrow.
A shed at Coupar Grange House, Coupar Angus, was broken into overnight on October 27 and 28 and two chainsaws, two strimmers, a compressor, three angle grinders and an outboard motor were all stolen.
The rear windscreen of a blue Honda Stream car that had been parked in McKenzie Court, Perth, was also damaged around 5pm on Saturday.
The former Perth post office building in South Street was broken into overnight on Saturday and Sunday and a Stihl circular saw was stolen.
Two bus stops were vandalised between Saturday and Monday. Glass panels were smashed at the stops on Main Street, Bridgend, Perth and opposite the cemetery in Scone.
Officers are searching for vandals who smashed a window at a house in Tweedsmuir Road, Perth, around 5pm on Monday.
