Home champion at Forfar Clydesdale foal show

The champion at the Forfar and District Clydesdale Foal Show was shown by R Stewart and R Barr, Leys of Cossans, Forfar.

Their filly foal, Fairhavens Queen of Hearts, was also foal champion at the event.

Judge Tom Mitchell, Barnahill, Kilmaurs, chose Tulloes Blossom from A and J Greenhill, Upper Tulloes, Letham, as reserve supreme champion and senior champion.

Collessie Lodestone from Desi Hill, Strathmigl­o, was reserve senior champion, and reserve foal champion was Redcastle Francois, from John Anderson, Drummygar Mains, Carmyllie. Other results: Senior colt foal – John Anderson with Redcastle Francois.
