Fife AC junior Ben Sandilands celebrated his call up to the Scotland team for next months Antrim International Cross-Country, winning the Pitreavie AAC Jingle Bell Race, writes our athletics correspondent.
The U15 athlete clocked 16 minutes 28 seconds over the 4.5km course around the Pitreavie playing fields, 18 seconds clear of PH Racing over-40 veteran Tommy Lawrence.
Leading female Jemma Jamieson (Pitreavie) placed eighth overall in 17 minutes 47 seconds.
