The Woodlands and Invercarse are two of Dundee’s privately-owned hotels. Each has its own personality, and both are well-known for quality and the smooth running of events – and weddings are their speciality!

From small, intimate settings to something on a grander scale, you can have your marriage ceremony, wedding breakfast and reception in the beautiful setting of either hotel.

Silver service ensures guests are served at the same time as the bridal party and both hotels have sprung dance floors for that all-important first dance and the celebrations into the night.

Special accommodation rates for wedding guests are guaranteed – the Woodlands has 65 bedrooms and a fully-equipped gym, pool, sauna, steam room and an on-site therapist.

The Invercarse has 44 newlydecorated bedrooms with a further 24 new rooms coming on board in spring. The Redwood Restaurant has been stylishly refurbished and offers outstanding views across the Tay, but the Ballroom views from large bay windows are second to none, meaning your photographs will look stunning. The Woodlands Hotel have a wedding fair on Sunday February 18, from noon to 4pm. Entry is free.
