Forfar had forward 31 prime cattle, four OTMs and 592 prime sheep.
Prime cattle:
Bullocks (10) sold to a top of 240p per kg for a 635-kilo Limousin from Nethermyres, and also to £1,564 for a 680-kilo Limousin from Nethermyres to average 231p per kg.
Heifers (21) sold to a top of 258p per kg for a 560-kilo Limousin from Nethermyres, and also to £1,464 for a 600-kilo Limousin from Mill of Inverarity to average 234p per kg.
