PRIME CATTLE Bullocks (6) sold to a top of 2.50p per kilo for a 626 kilo Limousin from Nethermyre­s and bought by the firm of WE Fairlie Ltd, Letham, and to £1,577.16 for a 674 kilo Limousin also from Nethermyre­s and also bought by WE Fairlie Ltd to average 2.30p per kilo.

Heifers (13) sold to a top of 2.50p per kilo (twice) both from Nethermyre­s, once for a 583 kilo Limousin bought by the firm of JB Penman, Crail, and second for a 559 kg Limousin bought by the firm of WE Fairlie Ltd and also to £1,523.34 for a 651 kilo Limousin from Mill of Inverarity and bought by the firm of WE Fairlie Ltd to average 2.36p per kilo.
