Comic Moloney to headline beer festival opening event

John Moloney will headline Perth Comedy Night – the opener to Perth Beer Festival – on May 11.

He has appeared on various TV shows including Have I Got News For You and Never Mind the Buzzcocks.

Allan Brown, event organiser, said: “John has delighted thousands, playing to audiences across the world including sell-out Edinburgh Fringe shows.”

Doors open at 6pm, with the comedy action beginning at 8pm.

The festival, organised by Perthshire Rugby Club, will take place on May 12. Admission is free during the day.
