Sizzling hot summer of sound
The Hoosiers join a stellar line-up of gigs taking place this year in Courier Country.
Lionel Richie will perform in Perth on June 3 while Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds will be the headline act at the BBC’s Biggest Weekend festival at Scone Palace on May 26.
Rita Ora is another big name added to the Slessor Gardens concert list in Dundee and will perform on July 28.
Later in the year there will also be headline sets at Slessor Gardens from Steps and Simple Minds.
Take That frontman Gary Barlow is playing two gigs in Tayside this year, one at Perth Concert Hall on April 19 and another at Dundee’s Caird Hal on April 20.
Status Quo will be at Scone Palace as the headline act for the 2018 Rewind Festival in July.
Meanwhile, Toploader will perform at Stonehaven Town Hall on October 6.
