COFFEE MORNING

The Feed the Minds coffee morning will be held next Saturday in North Church halls in Perth from 10am to 11.45am.

FLOWER CLUB

Perth Flower Club’s next meeting is Monday April 9 in the Grampian Hotel at 1.45pm.

The demonstrat­or for the afternoon is Marie Rutherford.

SCONE

The last meeting of the season for Scone Seniors Club will take place in the RDM Institute on Wednesday April 11 at 2pm.

Music will be provided by Alex McIntyre followed by afternoon tea.

REUNION

Former staff who worked in the Dewars distillery, which was located on the corner of Glasgow Road/Glover Street, Perth, have organised a reunion.

It will take place on October 20 in the St Johnstone Supporters’ Club, Perth, at 7pm for 7.30pm.

Tickets cost £10 each.

BINGO TEA

A spring bingo tea is being held in the Robert Douglas Memorial Institute, Abbey Road, Scone, on Friday April 13 at 7.30pm.

In aid of institute funds, tickets for the event on March 2 which was cancelled due to the weather are valid.

PITLOCHRY

Pitlochry Festival Theatre has organised a show on Easter Sunday which is appropriat­e for April Fool’s Day – contempora­ry circus clowning and slapstick comedy from One Man Shoe at 11am.

“A beautifull­y crafted children’s show, it brings to mind something of Mr Bean, or for the older memories think, perhaps, of a children’s Tommy Cooper,” say the theatre.
