Documentary about the work of West Midlands Ambulance Service, covering two shifts with the paramedics and call centre workers. A weekend nightshift proves busy for the specialist trauma team, as Matt and Ian attend a series of serious incidents, from the stabbing of a 15-year-old and a machete attack to two shootings.
