Ping pong perfection

When pensioner Richard McLaren collapsed following a stroke, the prognosis was not great. The recovery process has been long, but he is now back at the top of his game – quite literally.

Refusing to be beaten by his illness, the plucky sports enthusiast simply picked up his table tennis paddle and got back into action – and it wasn’t long before he scooped a trophy.
