New COO role for developer

A Dundee entrepreneur has been named as chief operations officer of Scottish tech start-up Trisent.

Luke Harte has joined the company, which is developing an information security platform that has been described as a ‘Dropbox for personal data’.

Mr Harte previously ran Onyu, a personal information security firm he co-founded in 2013.

Trisent chief executive Gordon Povey said he was delighted to have Mr Harte on board.
