Kelty to take on Threave

-

Kelty Hearts are off to Castle Douglas to face Threave Rovers in the first leg of the Lowland League Promotion Play Off.

That is the Fifers’ reward for seeing off the not inconsiderable challenge of Lothian Thistle Hutchison Vale in last week’s East of Scotland title decider.

And now they are hoping to continue their great run and put them in a good position for the second leg at home next Saturday.

In the North Region Montrose Roselea are away to Dyce and still in need of points to avoid the drop.

However, they are boosted by the return of Ryan Taylor, Stephen Greig and Michael Cruickshank who all missed last week’s draw at Hall Russell.

And they have suffered a severe blow with news that Craig Anderson has a broken bone in his foot and will miss the rest of the season.
