RUGBY

Perthshire Rugby is holding an open meeting to discuss celebratio­ns for its 150th year.

The meeting is being held in the clubhouse at 8.30pm on Thursday May 31.

SALE

Perth Methodists are holding a clearance sale at their Scott Street church on Saturday from 10am until 1.30pm.

Stalls will sell bric-a-brac, books and craft materials. There will also be a cafe serving bacon rolls, homemade soup and home baking. Admission is free.

Meanwhile, the group’s monthly Knit and Natter is on Tuesday June 5 from 2pm to 4pm.

CHURCH

The Fellowship Club of St John’s Kirk in Perth is holding a coffee morning in the church on Saturday June 2 from 10am to 11.30am. Tickets, priced £2.50, are available at the door.

BRIDGE OF EARN

Earn Community Council’s annual meeting is on Monday May 28 in the Institute from 7pm.

It will be followed by the regular monthly meeting. All agenda details can be viewed on ECC Facebook page.

ORIENTEERI­NG

The Tayside Orienteers are holding a come-and-try-it event for World Orienteeri­ng Day tomorrow.

It will be held at the Rodney Gardens in Perth from 6pm to 7pm, priced £1.

Orienteeri­ng controls will be set up in the park, including a specially designed maze with controls in it.
