Crieff Camera Club will meet at 7.30pm on October 18 in St Andrew’s Hall, where the results of the Open 1 competition will be announced.
SCONE
The annual general meeting of the Scone and District 50+ group is on October 17 in the Robert Douglas Memorial Hall on Abbey Road.
Doors open at 1.30pm and the meeting will begin at 2pm.
The annual subscription of £5 is now due and can be paid at the meeting.
PERTH
The Inner Link Club of Perth met on Wednesday when the speaker was the crime novelist Gillian Galbraith.
The next meeting is on October 17 at the Queen’s Hotel, Perth.
PERTH AND KINROSS The Perth and Kinross Countryside Trust is looking for
a new chairperson of trustees.
Experience of the charitable sector, fundraising, strategic planning and an enthusiasm for and understanding of the environmental field are desirable.

Glenfarg Folk Club will host folk music artist Findlay Napier at Backstage, The Green Hotel, Kinross, on October 15.
Doors open at 7.30pm, with the music starting at 8pm.
Entry costs £6 for members, £9 for non-members.
