Perth man denies sex charges
A Perth man has denied four sexual offences, allegedly involving children.
David Robinson, 31, of South Street, denies a charge that between November 1 and November 30 last year, he caused a teenage girl to look at a sexual image at an address in Perth.
He also denies that between October 15 last year and January 12, he sent a text message of a sexual nature to the same girl.
Robinson also pled not guilty to a charge that he sent a grossly offensive text message to a teenage boy, and that he caused another teenage girl to look at a sexual image on November 6 last year at an address in Perth.
He is due to go on trial at Perth Sheriff Court on January 8. An intermediate hearing was arranged for January 3.
Meanwhile, Lana Robertson, 43, of Rannoch Road, Perth, will stand trial on February 11.
She denies repeatedly shouting at a man in Rannoch Road – accusing him of being a “paedo”.
Robertson also denies assaulting the man by repeatedly striking him on the head and body with a rubber mallet.
Valerie McCulloch, 44, of Pomarium Street, and Bradley Davidson, 53, of South William Street, both Perth, will stand trial on January 17.
They both deny assaulting a child between June 11 and 12 last year by repeatedly punching her.
