Lochee United are keeping their fingers crossed their Macron Scottish Junior Cup tie at Craigmark Burntonian­s goes ahead at the third time of asking.

Bluebells gaffer George Shields has two new faces in his squad – attacking midfielder Danny Cavanagh back from Montrose FC and Ross McDonald, a left-sided utility player, previously with Forfar West End.

Shields is again without long-term casualties Alan Tulleth, Craig Smith and Danny Millar.

Super League

Tayport welcome Whitburn and manager Stevie Kay will be hoping for a repeat performanc­e from their last outing when they defeated Kirrie Thistle 3-0.

Connor Ireland and Struan Christie are missing but Kay includes striker Lewis Payne, who has been signed on loan from Hill of Beath until the end of the season.

Bottom club Glenrothes welcome second-placed Broughty Athletic but are boosted by three players having signed contract extensions – goalkeeper Dion Gear, midfielder Conor Schiavone and veteran striker John Martin. They have also signed promising youngster Nathan Harley from Thornton U19s.

Meanwhile, Forfar West End are on stand-by because, should Lochee United’s Macron Scottish Junior Cup tie at Craigmark Burntonian­s be postponed, they will host the Bluebells in a Super League fixture.

Scone, who have a full squad, host Carnoustie Panmure knowing they must win by three clear goals to pip the visitors to top spot in Section B.

In Section F, North End host Blairgowri­e and having won the Davie Park clash by the odd goal in three, the Dokens will start favourites for the return.

With Robbie Hood working and Gordon Norrie suspended, Blairgowri­e travel with a squad of 16.

With both clubs on six points, the Kennoway Star Hearts and Thornton Hibs derby at Treaton Park is effectivel­y a section H decider.

However, Hibs, who won the first meeting, hold the upper hand, having a game in hand.

In the final game in Section K, Kinnoull only require a point to top the group.

But, due to flooding in the Tulloch Park dressing room, the tie has been switched to Hermand Park.

Ryan Robb and Adam Frydrychow­z are missing from the Perth squad, but it still numbers 17.

For the visit of Livingston, Kirkcaldy YM are down to the barest of bones in this Section L clash.

Ryan Couser, Ewan Henderson, Donald Hyslop and Sam Gillespie are all missing. Lewis Ross and Konnor Lindsay may return but only after a lastminute fitness test.

Premier League North

Second-placed Luncarty head for Arbroath Vics and must have high hopes of closing the gap on the top two as their hosts have taken just three points from their eight home games

The Bleachers include new loan signing Siggy Chris Janson, an attacking midfielder from an Icelandic senior club, with Stuart Nicol their only doubt.

Anything other than an East Craigie win at Craigie Park, where pointless Coupar Angus, are the visitors would be a major shock.
