Vehicles targeted by criminals
A number of vehicles across Perth and Kinross have been targeted by criminals this month and police are appealing for anyone who may have information to come forward.
Between Sunday February 3 and Wednesday February 6, a Volkswagen van was vandalised at Cultybraggan training camp near Comrie.
The van’s windows and lights were smashed and the cost of repairing the damage is thought to be around £1,000.
A white Land Rover Defender was stolen from the Auto Ecosse dealership in Burrelton on February 6.
The vehicle has been described as distinctive by police officers, due to it not having any rear passenger windows.
Meanwhile, in Alyth, a wing mirror was broken off a silver Jaguar car while it was parked in the town’s Airlie Street on Saturday.
On the same night in Bridge of Earn, the wing mirror of a blue Ford C-Max car was damaged in Muirmont Crescent.
In the small hours of the following morning, a BMW X5 car was extensively damaged while it was parked in Pleasance Road in Coupar Angus.
