Kelty Hearts going for third victory in a row after Scottish Cup exit

Kelty Hearts are faced with one of their longer journeys of the season as they head south to take on Berwick Rangers at Shielfield.

Barry Ferguson’s men bounced back from the disappoint­ment of their Scottish Cup defeat to Auchinleck Talbot with a 3-0 victory at home to Gretna last weekend, followed by a fine 4-1 win at Stirling University in midweek.

Ferguson is expected to have a full squad available for the trip but will wait to see if there are any reactions following the Stirling game.

Central Taxis East of Scotland League Premier Division

Hill of Beath showed that life goes on following the departure of manager Kevin Fotheringh­am with an excellent 2-0 victory over Penicuik Athletic at home.

Fourth-placed Haws are at full strength and travel to take on fifthplace­d Broxburn Athletic at Albyn Park.

Crossgates Primrose face a Linlithgow Rose side in turmoil following the sacking of Mark Bradley after their loss against Musselburg­h last weekend.

Alan Campbell is expected to have the same group that was on duty in Perth on Tuesday.

Jeanfield Swifts have Chris Scott suspended for their home clash with Newtongran­ge Star and he is joined on the sidelines by the injured Jamie Reid.

Dundonald Bluebell are on the road to Forester Park, the home of Tranent, who are sitting second in the league table. Bluebell expect to take a full squad to East Lothian.

First Division Conference A

St Andrews United travel to face bottomclub Craigroyst­on as favourites and will look to put another three points on the board after last week’s game at Peebles was postponed.

Saints welcome back Ryan McInnes and Dylan Honeyman but Paul Quinn, Josh Fital and Daryl Falconer miss out.

Kinnoull lost their 100% record on Wednesday as they went down 2-0 at Lothian Thistle Hutchison Vale and today return to Tulloch Park to welcome Burntislan­d Shipyard.

Boss Alan Cameron is without the suspended Adam Frydrychou­z, as well as David Gray, Liam Wooley, Jordan Kinnon and Chris McCaffrey through injury, and the manager has doubts over Kyle Wooley and Ben Ragen who have knocks.

Oakley United welcome Haddington Athletic to Blairwood Park. Boss Stewart Kenny expects to have the same squad as last weekend. Conference B Glenrothes manager Barry Cockburn will be looking for his side to take three points at Newbyres Park against Arniston Rangers. The Glens boss expects to have the same squad that travelled south in midweek but will wait to see if any of the players have a reaction to that game.

Inverkeith­ing Hillfield Swifts, who report a full squad for the home clash with Hawick Royal Albert, are nine points behind leaders Tynecastle but manager Lee Duffy will make sure his side will try to keep up the chase on the leaders.
