Midland Indoor League – Dundee Wanderers and Monarchs maintained their 100% records in divisions 1 and 2 respectively following the penultimate round of matches before the Christmas break.

A nap hand by Heather Mcewan set Wanderers’ top squad on the road to a comprehensive victory over their own second team with Sam Sangster (3), Lucy Williamson (2), Amy Snelle, Mhairi Millar and Rhiannon Nash also contributing to the 13-0 scoreline.

A first half brace from Florie Mitchell set Grove Menzieshill up for victory over Strathallan with Emma Malcolm and Martha Baldwin also chipping in to the 4-0 result.

Monarchs are the pacesetters in division 2 with four wins on the bounce taking them eight points clear of the field.

Anna Mcdonald top-scored with a treble while Lisa Brunton and Kirsten Taylor also hit the target for a 5-0 result.
