Q Where in the world are you happiest? A Anywhere with loved ones, a bit of sunshine and a good book.
Q Favourite part of Scotland to explore? A Pitlochry of course! Though I recently visited Mull in beautiful weather and I’d love to go back.

What career would you have chosen if you weren’t an actress?
A I’m not sure. I think I could have been a teacher like my mum (still could), or maybe an astronaut!
Q Who inspires you? A American author and social activist, bell hooks. RIP.
Q Your house is on fire, what one item do you save?
A My gran’s engagement ring.

A Walk on the Wild Side, by Lou Reed.
Q Last meal on earth? A Anything with mushrooms.
Q First thing you’d do if you won £1 million? A Buy a house.

A Vietnam – I haven’t been, but I’m going in November!

A The Last One, by Fatima Daas.
Q If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A Mushrooms.

A Adventures with loved ones.
Q What makes you sad? A Most of the news right now.

A I do now!
Q Have you ever had a paranormal encounter? A Nope.

Q What’s the most adventurous thing you have done?
A I recently climbed Ben Arthur.

If you could go back to any point in history, what would it be?
A I’d go back to year 0 to see what was really going on...

A Read, run, yoga, eat (not necessarily in that order).

A So many, but recently the west coast of Scotland, and previously a family trip to Zanzibar were very happy.
Q Biggest regret? A No regrets...
Q What or who are you proudest of? A Everything really; the ups and the downs, but everything’s got me to here.

A Life is not a competition.
Q Thing you are most looking forward to in 2022?
A A holiday.

A I sincerely hope so.

A Trying to remember my lines!
