Be the boss and get a win in today’s Premier League game

-

Here is your chance to be the boss by getting involved in Ladbrokes’ exciting 5-A-side bet, which combines the best of Fantasy Football with a range of markets.

All you need to do is build your own team of players, select the stat to go with them, and build your odds accordingly.

Here is my attempt to be the best 5-a-side boss in tonight’s Premier League match between Aston Villa and Newcastle. The formation comes first and this time around we will select the balanced formation (1-1-2-1).

The first position we need to fill is “the keeper” and with Newcastle in a poor run of form we will take Karl Darlow to concede at least once during the match.

Next is “the cruncher” and Aston Villa holding midfielder Douglas Luiz looks good value to win at least two tackles during the match.

Into the midfield, where we need to fill the positions of “baller” and “sniper”. Villa are clearly likely to have most of the ball and Tyrone Mings will be making plenty of passes as Villa build from the back, so we will take him to make at least 50 passes in the game, while Jack Grealish can be selected as “the sniper” and is taken to have at least two shots.

Ollie Watkins can fill the final forward position and he can heap even more pressure on Steve Bruce by scoring at least once in the game.

So there is my team and the total odds work out at around 7/1. Selected matches only and you must be over 18 to play. Full terms and conditions apply. Good luck.
