Premier League

Championship

Fulham (champions) and Bournemouth are already up. Nottingham Forest and Huddersfield have secured a place in the play-offs and will be joined by Sheffield

United if the Blades beat Fulham. A point will be enough for Sheffield United if Luton or Middlesbrough fail to win. Luton will book a top-six finish if they win at home to Reading. Boro will be in play-offs if they win at Preston and Sheffield United lose or
