While not strictly a new brand (it has been going since 1985), Dinosaur Designs is fresh to the UK market. Founded in Sydney by husband and wife team Louise Olsen and Stephen Ormandy, and their art-school friend Liane Rossler, its moulded resin and metal pieces span home ware and jewellery. Most items are made in Australia, using a process that sees the jeweller y pass t hrough t he hands of exper t craftspeople, result ing in f inished products that are one of a kind.
