Who pays £769 for my wall repairs?

I really hope you can assist or advise me over a third-party claim that concerns Hastings Direct motor insurance and started five months ago.

A car insured by Hastings ran into the back of a neighbour’s car, which was parked at the front of my garden. It was pushed diagonally into my garden wall. The damage cost £769 to repair.

The driver left her phone number on the damaged car’s windscreen. The damage to her own car meant she had to abandon it until it could be collected.
